Die Originalvorlagen von Hölzern, Laminaten, Steindekoren oder anderen Oberflächen werden mit einem Textur-3D-Zeilenscanner gescannt. Dabei erfassen wir digital, sowohl die Farbinformationen als auch die Oberflächenstruktur. Um die passende Textur abbilden zu können, werden die idealen Level der Scans ausgewählt und bearbeitet. Mittels eines speziellen Workflows werden dann die ausgewählten Schichten gedruckt. Dabei entsteht eine gedruckte Textur, welche weitgehendst der Originalvorlage entspricht. Bei der Produktion von Kollektionsmappen können auch mehrere Druckverfahren bei einem Produkt eingesetzt werden. Auch die grafischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Rundungen, zackige Kanten, figürliche Freistellungen usw., können im Strukturdruck problemlos realisiert werden.

I modelli originali di essenze, laminati, decorazioni in pietra o altre superfici vengono scansionati con uno scanner di texture lineare 3D: così facendo, vengono acquisite in formato digitale sia le informazioni cromatiche che la struttura delle superfici. Per poter riprodurre la giusta texture, vengono scelti ed elaborati i livelli di scansione ideali. Quindi, mediante un processo specifico, vengono stampati i piani selezionati, dando forma a una texture che corrisponde ampiamente al modello originale. Nella produzione dei campionari, possono essere utilizzate anche svariate procedure di stampa per un prodotto. Anche le opzioni di progettazione grafica, come arrotondamenti, bordi frastagliati e scontorni, sono facilmente realizzabili nella stampa con struttura.
I colori e la struttura delle superfici, di quasi tutti i materiali, vengono riprodotti con la massima precisione mediante una tecnica di scansione delle texture e stampa digitale unica nel suo genere.

The original samples of wood, laminates, stone motifs and other surfaces are scanned with a texture 3D line scanner. This helps us to capture both colour information and the surface structure digitally. To be able to reproduce the correct texture, the ideal levels of the scans are selected and processed. The chosen layers are then printed using a specific workflow. This results in a printed texture that corresponds as closely as possible to the original sample. When producing collection portfolios, several printing processes can be used for one product. Graphic design features, such as curves, serrated edges, three-dimensional voids, etc. can be achieved without difficulty with structural printing.
